1.2kg of Crown pumpkin will be substituted in if a 1/2 green (Kabocha) pumpkin is unavailable
2.4kg of Crown pumpkin will be substituted in if a Whole green (Kabocha) pumpkin is unavailable

Pumpkin (also known as Calabaza) adds colour and vibrancy to lively Caribbean cuisines. It is a staple ingredient in soups and puddings. You can make some fabulous pumpkin fritters or you can try making the soup on our recipe page.
